Kellie Martin. Martin, a native of the United States is an American television and film actress. She is best known for playing Christy Huddleston, Rebecca Thatcher as well as Lucy Knight on the series ER. Kellie Martin is most famous for her performance as the protagonist in the Hailey Dean Mystery Series. Martin is born to a department store purchaser and kindergarten teacher started her career as an actress at age seven, when her aunt who worked as an nanny for Michael Landon's children was able to help Martin to get her a character in the 1982 series "Father Murphy". Following her graduation at Yale University she began to take acting seriously with roles that she was able to land on the small screen and big. Martin as well as being an actor, is also a talented photographer and dancer. Martin is the mom of two, and also the face of Lupus. Since her sister's tragic death at the age of 19 Martin has been working to spread awareness of the condition.
